Super Smooth
These are machined from 316 steel in one solid piece. They are machine tumbled to create a super smooth finish and then covered with a medical-grade silicone coating making them the smoothest tapers on the market today.
Taper Designs
These tapers come in 4 styles:
Concave: style for captive bead rings, nostril screws, and other rounded jewelry.
Threadless: (Press-Fit) style for threadless barbells.
Threaded: style allowing you to thread the taper directly on the jewelry for more troublesome transfers.
Standard: Pin style allows to just connect standard threaded jewelry to the taper for easy transfers. This is not to be used with threadless (Pressfit).
